Physio and CT provided the support as follows:
1. Timely visit and caring and friendly.
2. Explained the need of therapy.
3. Supported in the daily task like preparing food and shopping and it gave me confidence.
4. Walking with me helped me regain the confidence and the ability.
5. made me appreciate the care provided.

It made be challenge my assumption that I couldn't do much to improve my balance.
I still have balance issues but the exercises will help me confront them.

Have found the 8 weeks very productive and the trainers approachable and helpful.
The time waiting to join the course is too long and needs to be shortened.
